Actress Ha Ji Won has recently appeared as Kim Hang Ah, a special forces instructor and ‘The Flower of Unification’ as dubbed by the viewers, on the MBC drama ‘The King 2hearts’. Through the drama, Ha Ji Won has successfully reaffirmed the fact that she is an actress that knows no limits.

Ha Ji Won’s acting has always been praised for the way she becomes one with the characters that she played in each and every one of the projects she has worked on. In ‘The King 2hearts’, Ha Ji Won goes from absolute ganji to extreme cute freely in no time drawing the viewers. Ha Ji Won has played the role of the South Korean table tennis player Hyun Jung Hwa in the movie ‘Korea’ which deals with the subject matter of the first ever South Korean and North Korean unified table tennis team. Ha Ji Won also played the role of North Korean military instructor Kim Hang Ah in the drama ‘The King 2hearts’ which deals with the conflicts between South Korea and North Korea. Thanks to the actress’s great turn through both of the characters, the viewers have nicknamed her ‘The Flower of Unification’.

It’s been about 7 to 8 years.” Ha Ji Won confessed, “I was in a relationship twice so far.” The fans appeared dissatisfied and one of the fans said, “It’s too little bit. It’s not satisfactory” and had everyone break into a laughter.

As far as the secret to the kiss scenes, Ha Ji Won shared her know-how saying, “If you shoot it feeling the flutters, I think the woman comes across lovely.”

Ha Ji Won’s secret to her incredible dongahn was also revealed. Ha Ji Won said, “They say a woman ages when she is sick. So when I feel like I’m coming down with something, I get vitamin shots. I got it today too. A woman ages when she worries. Shouldn’t worry ahead.”

Actress Ha Ji Won recently revealed a few fun facts about exercising for women during an interview.

After the premiere of Ha Ji Won and Bae Doo Nah‘s new movie, ‘Korea’, Ha Ji Won held an interview with MBC TV’s ‘Good Day’.

During the interview Ha Ji Won was asked the question, “When will your muscles be able to take a break?” To this she answered with a smile, “In order to maintain youth, the right amount of muscle is always needed.”

She continued with, “Women actually need to do more strength training for their muscles. I have a lot of muscles because of my new film, but the right amount of training will help maintain youth.”

She then shyly stated, “It will also push up everything for a woman’s body“, causing the reporter to blush as well.

Hyun Jung Hwa stated, “In the past I was the athlete Hyun Jung Hwa, but now I greet you as the executive director of the South Korean Table Tennis Association. I was very happy to hear that a movie would be filmed about table tennis. When the production company called about making ‘Korea,’ I even said ‘why so late?’”

Ahead of the official interview section of the program, Ha Ji Won opened with her performance of Wax‘s “Oppa“.

Seeing her perform, MC Lee Kikwang remarked that she was good enough to perform with B2ST, and Ha Ji Won openly admitted that she was a fan of Lee Kikwang.

“People told me that I had no talent, that I had no social skills, and that they didn’t like to associate themselves with me,” she admitted.

Ha Ji Won Confesses She Had Secret IV Drips

During an interview on SBS variety “Night of TV Entertainment” aired on Oct 26, actress Ha Ji Won revealed how she was ashamed of being nicknamed “Fitness of Steel,” because she had IV drips secretly. She confessed, “To tell the truth, I fainted many times (during filming). I even had IV drips at the filming set. But in order to look strong, I had them secretly.”

When asked whether she felt that she could not rest adequately, she said, “I’m also human, thus I do feel that often. But I recover after half a day. My ability to recover is pretty fast."

During the interview, she also revealed her expectations of her ideal guy: “He must not be too fair. I like men who give off a healthy vibe. It will be good if he could exercise with me too. People who don’t do sports are not charming.”

She added, “It will be good too if we can have a stroll together. I hope to meet someone whom I can connect to so well that we understand each other even when we don’t speak much.”

On the SBS show "TV News At Night", Ha Ji-won put everyone in the shade.

About the word 'iron strength' that describes her, she said, "Actually I've passed out a lot during shooting. I get an IV on site as well. However I do it secretly to look strong".

When she was asked if she felt like she wasn't ever rested she said, "I am human so I do but when half the day passes, I recover. I recover fast".
