Last June 11th, our Jiwonie had a fan signing event for Crocodile Ladies and we got tons of photos to share to everyone. One of our friends from Soompi who lived in Korea was able to attend the event and meet our Jiwonie in person - lucky, right? I know exactly how you feel guys. :)

According to antisocialnot, she was "really very friendly, though a little reserved. Her voice was very sweet but soft.." It took her a while to meet her because there were a lot of "ajummas" (middle-aged women) waiting in line. These are the photos that antisocialnot personally took from the event!

"Ha Ji-won is an equipment manager on the ocean floor, fighting with an unknown creature in "Sector 7" (releasing in August). She attempts at action for the second time, following the drama "Secret Garden", as she fights with an unknown creature along with her crew on board a drill ship, "The Eclipse" in open sea. Holding guns and weapons instead of drilling equipment, she'll once again become the female warrior that she is after 'Gil La-im'."

[NEWS] Ha Ji Won, talks about her school days with Entertainment Tonight

Actress Ha Ji Won caught up with KBS2′s ‘Entertainment Tonight’ at the location where she shoots for poster of her blockbuster movie ‘Sector 7′.

This episode of ‘Entertainment Tonight’ aired on 4th of June, the host asked about a recent topic being discussed among the internet community, regarding her top school grades and her being the class captain.

The host asked if Ha Ji Won was a good student, Ha Ji Won answered with confidence, yes.  She added with self-confidence, she was the captain for many times, that drew laughter on the set.

[NEWS] Hyun Bin and Ha Ji Won #1 for "Artists who look the best as a soldier"

From May 3rd to 20th, Eduwill.net had conducted a survey on "Which actor and actress that best fit the look of a soldier?" with the participation of 981 people.

For the male category, Hyun Bin took no.1 spot with 403 votes, accounted for 41% of the voting. Followed ...by So Ji Sub with 265 votes (27%), Won Bin 130 votes (13.3%), Rain 102 votes (10.4%), and Kang Dong Won 81 votes (8.3%).

For the female, Ha Ji Won received overwhelming support with 557 votes, equivalent of 56.8%. Followed by Song Ji Hyo with 136 votes (13.9%), Suh In Young 105 votes (10.7%), Kim Ah Joong 100 votes (10.2%), and Choi Kang Hee 83 votes (8.4%).

[NEWS] Ha Ji-won and Bae Doona are better than pros in table tennis

Actress Ha Ji-won and Bae Doona are training for their roles as table tennis players.

Ha Ji-won and Bae Doona have the roles of table tennis players in diector Moon Hyeon-seong's movie "Korea" and it's being said that they are almost as good as pros.

A movie staff conveyed, "I hear Bae Doona had once been a table tennis player when she was young. Therefore she has the basics and has skills close to those of a pros. Ha Ji-won has good athletic skills so she is absorbing this sport very quickly".

The star table tennis player of Korea, coach Hyeon Jeong-hwa is also advising them according to their training and visiting the site often, raising expectations for the movie.

According to the true victory of the inter-Korean team in 1991 at the World Table Tennis Championships in Chiba, Ha Ji-won is Hyeon Jeong-hwa and Bae Doona is Hyeon Jeong-hwa's opponent, North Korean Lee Boon-hee. Oh Jeong-se is Yoo Nam-gyoo and other casts include, Kim Ye-ri, Choi Yoon Yeong-I, Park Yeong-seo and more.
